| 2006 Mecca & Medina Calendar, Wall, Ronnie Sellers
For the last 1400 years, millions of faithful Muslims have made their pilgrimage to Mecca, and continued on to Medina, the city in which the prophet Muhammed is buried. Japanese photographer Ali Kazuyoshi Nomachi, an Islam convert, was granted special permission to take these photographs, which were first published in the book Mecca the Blessed, Medina the Radiant - The Holiest Cities of Islam (Apature Foundation, 1997). Muslim holy days and international holidays are featured in the grid. This 2006 Wall calendar is published by Ronnie Sellers.
