Edward Hopper 2010 Wall Calendar | Edward Hopper 2010 Wall Calendar Edward Hopper created thought provoking, hauntingly truthful art, characterized by a sense of alienated melancholy. His paintings have a consistent quiet power and tone of solitude—tension between the familiar and the vast unknown infuses all his pictures, even the most apparently domestic, with unexpected intrigue. He makes us think. He makes us feel. This 2010 calendar is produced by Graphique De France. |

Hopper's early paintings were characterized by simple, large geometric forms, flat masses of color, and the use of architectural elements for their strong lines.
