An Art Deco master, Erte's flamboyant illustrations graced the cover of hundreds of Harper's Bazaar magazines. A celebrated fashion illustrator and set designer, Erte (1892 - 1990) outfitted countless stage and film superstars. Late in his long career, Erte shifted his energy to serigraphs, where again he would prove to be a genius.
