Photographer and radiology technologist Steven N. Meyers has been imaging human subjects in a medical setting for more than 25 years. He also utilizes his expertise in radiological techniques to capture flowers and botanicals in invisible light. The fine art of x-ray photography allows the artist to reveal the textures, details and structures of plants that are not normally visible to the human eye. To obtain these effects, Steven uses supersensitive, large format film. Steven is one of only a few radiographic photographers practicing today. He helps to keep the art alive by continuing to expand the body of his work. This 2006 Pocket Planner calendar is published by Ronnie Sellers.
